RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at bahuconnect@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. ve will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
