The purpose of completing the warranty form is to activate your product warranty.  As part of this, we ask for some information that will help us to diagnose any issues over time, and allow us to more quickly and accurately assist others.  For example, we ask where you install your Bahu Brand Mount/s so that if a warranty replacement is associated with a particular type of installation, we can actively notify others in advance.
